Better Mental Health Thanks to Cycling and Positive Thinking!
I decided to create this blog in order to help other people like myself who have experienced various issues with their mental health.
By sharing my personal experience, challenges and the ways I’ve dealt with these issues, it is hoped that the knowledge and strategies that I found beneficial will help other people suffering their own personal battle with mental health issues.
I very much hope that as well as helping other people, I will also benefit from creating a community of like-minded people, as we all benefit from sharing our experiences and beneficial knowledge gained during our struggles.
As the old saying goes: “A problem shared is a problem halved.”
As you can imagine a variety of factors and elements have contributed to better mental health such as reading positive thinking self-help books such as Maxwell Maltz’s classic ‘Psychocybernetics’ and a healthy diet.
Reading positive thinking self-help books is a passion of mine and certainly contributes to feeling much better each day. Through this blog I hope to share the wisdom and beneficial advice with you so that we can all benefit from the mountain of wonderfully positive and inspiring books I’ve been fortunate to have read over the years.
However I have chosen to make my magical discovery of cycling the cornerstone of my attitude and approach to life, as I can only describe stepping into the world of cycling and discovering its related mental and physical health benefits as well as the wonderful community of like minded people as truly life changing and other worldly!
Therefore I have made it my mission to not only spread the positive thinking gospel, but the magical secret relating to the life and health enriching benefits of cycling.
