Every day play the Glad Game as depicted in Walt Disney’s classic 1960 movie Pollyanna.

Look for as many things as you can to be glad about.

This magically makes the solutions appear, providing you give thanks with great emotion, and have great faith and belief in this positive thinking philosophy.

Focus on one problem or negative situation in your life and look for ten things to be grateful for regarding this situation.

As someone who has experienced mental health issues, it is my mission to help other people with their own battles in the field of mental health by sharing the knowledge and information that I have found to be beneficial. In the wake of mental health issues, financial challenges are inevitable and given that our antiquated education system makes us ill-equipped to deal with money matters in adult life, it is my hope that through my own experiences I can provide people with good old-fashioned basic economic sense.
