Positive Affirmations

Use positive affirmations and imagine that something is already so.

Beware negative internal dialogue, as it influences feelings and perceptions.

Remember that thoughts attract similar things, whether positive or negative.

Create your ideal life and situation with meditation.

It can be difficult to quiet your inner ‘mind talk’.

Replace old negative programming with positive affirmations.

Constantly use positive statements.  e.g

“Every day in every way I’m getting better and better.”

“Everything I need is coming to me easily and effortlessly.”

“I have everything I need to enjoy my here and now.”

Make sure to make affirmations in the present tense, as if accomplished.

Try and inspire strong emotional feeling.

Have great belief and faith.

Make affirmations part of your creative visualization meditation.

Include reference to your spiritual source, such as God.

“I have the infinite creative power of God within me.”

“The Christ within me is creating miracles in my life here and now.”

As someone who has experienced mental health issues, it is my mission to help other people with their own battles in the field of mental health by sharing the knowledge and information that I have found to be beneficial. In the wake of mental health issues, financial challenges are inevitable and given that our antiquated education system makes us ill-equipped to deal with money matters in adult life, it is my hope that through my own experiences I can provide people with good old-fashioned basic economic sense. I also have a passion for history and nostalgia, especially football in the 1970s.
