Connect With Your Inner Spiritual Source

You must be connected with your inner spiritual source, e.g God, who is the supply of infinite love, wisdom and energy in the universe.

Connect with your higher self, the wise being who dwells within you.

Feel deep sense of knowingness, certainty, power, love and wisdom.

You have the power to create the desired life.

The feeling of being “on top of the world” means you are connected with your higher self, and “falling in love”.

There can be a sporadic feeling of come and go, with confusion and lack of security the next movement. This is a natural part of the process.

Once you are aware of your higher self, you can call on it.

The connection between your personality and higher self is a two-way channel.

Being receptive is to quiet your personality during meditation. This opens a channel for higher wisdom and guidance through your intuitive mind.

You can ask questions in order to receive answers, which can be in words, mental images and feelings.

Being active allows you to choose what you desire to create. You can channel infinite energy, power and wisdom of your higher self into manifesting choices through visualization, affirmations.

Create your world in a beautiful way by tuning in to an experience of your spiritual source, or higher self.

Use this exercise at the start of meditation period: sit or lie in comfortable position and relax completely. Let the tension drain out of your body and mind. Breathe deeply and slowly, and relax more deeply. Visualize a light within your heart, glowing radiantly warm. Feel it spreading and growing like the sun, radiating living energy.

Say “Divine light and divine love are flowing through me, and radiating from me to everything around me”.

Use the affirmation, “God is working through me now. I am filled with creative energy. The light within me is creating miracles in my life here and now”.

As someone who has experienced mental health issues, it is my mission to help other people with their own battles in the field of mental health by sharing the knowledge and information that I have found to be beneficial. In the wake of mental health issues, financial challenges are inevitable and given that our antiquated education system makes us ill-equipped to deal with money matters in adult life, it is my hope that through my own experiences I can provide people with good old-fashioned basic economic sense. I also have a passion for history and nostalgia, especially football in the 1970s.
