Clear All Blockages

Clear all blockages and constricted energy, caused by repressed emotions of fear, sadness, guilt and anger.

These feelings make you close down spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.

You need to get energy moving.

The key is:

  1. Mental and emotional acceptance of what you are feeling.
  2. Clear observation, leads to an understanding of the root of the problem.

Often there is a limiting attitude or belief, in order to deal with the blockage.

You need to experience the emotion we have locked up in that area, in a loving and accepting way.

You need to get the blocked up energy moving.

You can observe the underlying negative beliefs and attitudes, by letting them dissolve, pin-pointing constrictive belief and accepting feeling around it. It works like magic.

The difficulty disappears, and the trick is to simultaneously love and accept yourself with compassion for having this belief, and at the same time to see clearly that you are ready to let go of it, because it is limiting, untrue, destructive.

Be aware of commonly troublesome core-beliefs, e.g “something’s wrong with me”, “I’m unworthy, as I have done bad things”, “I deserve to suffer, and there isn’t enough good things to go round”, “It is selfish to want more”, “money is the root of all evil”, “love is dangerous and you might get hurt”, “I’m powerless”. 

Don’t believe negative view-points. Realise they are your beliefs.

No truth in these beliefs, but sadly so many believe them and act accordingly.

The most powerful thing you can do to change the world is to change your own beliefs about the nature of life, people and reality.

Begin to act accordingly.

Clearing exercise:

Write on a piece of paper: “The reason I can’t have what I want is …”

List all your thoughts and have fun, even if it seems silly and stupid, e.g “I don’t have enough money, people said I couldn’t, I’m afraid to”.

Do the same exercise, but this time name the things you want, e.g “The reason I can’t have a successful business is …”.

Proceed as before , thinking about limitations you put on yourself and your world.

List all the negative attitudes about yourself, other people, relationships, world and life.

Think which ones hold emotional power over you.

Allow yourself to experience emotions.

When you feel complete with this process, having got in touch with negative beliefs, tear up your list, releasing them, then sit quietly, relax and use these affirmations:

“I am now releasing my past”.

“I am now dissolving all negative, limiting beliefs”.

“I now forgive and release everyone in my life”.

In order to replace limiting negative beliefs, use following exercises:

  1. Exercise forgiveness and release, by making a list of all people who have mistreated you, harmed you, hurt you, caused anger, and state what he/she did. Close your eyes, relax, visualise and imagine you having a chat with each person, explaining your anger, but with intention to forgive. Dissolve and release all negative energy. Give the person your blessing by saying, “I forgive you and release you, go your own way and be happy”. Write “I now forgive you and release you all”. Throw it away, and it will feel miraculous as you release the feeling of resent, as the other person picks up your forgiveness on a psychic level. It helps them and helps your health and happiness. Many experience miraculous healing of physical problems. Many physical ailments like arthritis and cancer are directly related to accumulated anger and resentment.
  2. List all those people that you’ve hurt. Write what you did. Close your eyes, relax and imagine being face to face with this person, and tell her/him what you did. Ask her to forgive you, and to give you her blessing. Picture her doing so. Write this affirmation: “I forgive myself and absolve myself of all guilt, here and now, and forever!” Tear the paper and throw it away.

Implement this clearing process: Go through your cupboards, desk, garage and throw “stuff” you don’t need. Very much the same as what you’re doing on a mental, emotional and psychic levels, clearing out the old and getting the energy flowing moving. Feel great as you make this affirmation: “The more I outflow, the more space I create for good things to come to me. I love giving and I love receiving. I give thanks now for all the good that I have and all the good things to come.”

Creative Visualisation Notebook

Start writing your own creative visualisation notebook.

Write down affirmations, quotes, lessons. Record your dreams and fantasies. 

This can be your journal of progress with creative visualisation, inspiring thoughts, ideas, songs, poems, jokes, ideal scenes, treasure maps, dreams/goals board, including pictures.

This is a valuable tool, which can transform your life.

Create an outflow list, noting ways in which you can outflow your energy to others and the world.

Create a success list of your successes in all areas of your life. This makes you feel good and boosts your confidence.

Add to your appreciation list, as you open your heart and increase your awareness.

This increases your ability to manifest abundance.

Create your self-esteem list of things you like about yourself, making a note of your positive qualities. 

You will feel happier and more loving, as well as being more creative, as creative energy flows. 

You will make a greater contribution to the world.

Creating a self-appreciation list, helps you focus on ways you can be good to yourself, and the nice things you can have for yourself, or enjoying them with your partner.

Simple indulgences, small and large, increases your sense of well-being, satisfaction in life, and helps create your ideal life.

Create a healing and assistance list including names of people who need healing and support.

Use affirmations to give them a boost of your energy.

You can create a fantasies and creative ideas list, with ideas, plans and dreams for the future.

These can be far-fetched creative ideas, as they stimulate creative ability.

Spend a few minutes daily on your creative visualization notebook.

The Benefit of Positive Affirmations

Say positive affirmations before going to sleep, and right after waking up.

Say them to yourself during the day.

When looking at yourself in the mirror say positive affirmations, as they improve self-esteem and self-love.

Affirm your beauty, lovableness, worthiness, and love yourself. Do so in the first, second and third person i.e I, Jane you are, Jane is.

Write out the affirmation ten times, as it is a powerful technique.

Look at and read them often.

You can do so with a partner.

We give a lot of power to what friends say.

Question any negative comments.

Choose your friends carefully.

Include strong, positive affirmations in conversations, about things and people, you want to see, in a more positive way.

Make daily conversations more positive, and be true to your feelings.

Eliminate negative talk, and accept yourself as you are.

Affirmations:

“I accept myself completely here and now.”

“I love myself as I am.”

“I love myself when I express my feelings.”

Affirmations help you feel good, and to have great relationships.

“I deserve love and sexual pleasure.”

“I love myself, and attract loving relationships.”

You can heal others with meditation. Relax, deeply into a quiet state of mind. You are the channel for universe’s healing energy, from a higher source.

Ask the person what you can do. Focus on the relevant part of the body. See the problem dissolved, healed and functioning perfectly.

See her/him surrounded by a gold light, radiant, healthy and happy.

Remind her that she is healed and in perfect health, and that you will always support her.

Open your eyes, and return to the outer world, refreshed, healthy and invigorated.

Don’t try too hard.

Don’t focus and give power to the illness and problem.

See yourself and those dear to you in perfect health.

The power of healing energy is not affected by distance.

Meditation to deal with pain involves closing your eyes, relaxing, as you take deep breaths, counting down from ten to one. 

Picture a sphere of any colour of bright light, about 6” in diameter, growing huge, then shrinking to 6”, then 1” before disappearing.

Repeat as you imagine that the colour is the pain.

You coul alternatively direct your friend to do so.

The Pink Bubble Technique

Use the pink bubble technique.

Lie down, close your eyes, breathe deeply, slowly, relax and imagine your desires manifested.

Picture your desire clearly manifested, and surround your fantasy with a pink bubble. Pink is associated with the heart. Let go of the bubble, and see it floating off into the universe.

‘Letting go of it’, allows it to float into the universe, attracting energy for its manifestation.

Get to Know Your Inner Guide

Get to know your inner guide.

Your intuitive mind connects you with the universal intelligence, wisdom and knowledge.

Call your inner guide, spirit guide, the wise part of yourself, which you can talk to as a loving friend.

Meditate by closing your eyes, relaxing, and imagining standing on a path. As you walk, a form approaches you, radiating light.

It could be a woman or a man. Sense her power, presence and love. Ask what her name is, and show her your inner sanctuary.

Ask her for advice by asking a question. Thank her and invite her to return.

Open your eyes, and return to the outside world.

This guide may be a person you know, and could be an eccentric woman, which springs from your creative mind. Your imagination is limitless. You can change your guide.

You may call her at any time for knowledge, wisdom, inspiration, love and  companionship. 

You can meet her/him daily, during your meditation session.

Create a Peaceful Inner Sanctuary

Create sanctuary within yourself.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a beautiful natural environment, by the sea, on a mountain, or any pleasant, peaceful setting. Notice the fine details.

Use the senses to create the ideal house. Furnish your home according to your taste. Surround your dream with a golden light for protection. 

You can return here by closing your eyes, relaxing in a  peaceful healing manner.

Visualisation

Lie down on your back, with arms at your side, or hands clasped over your stomach. Close your eyes, relax, breathe gently, deeply, slowly, and imagine a glowing sphere of golden light around the top of your head. 

Breathe in and out five times, focusing on the light, feeling it radiate. Focus on the throat, with light emanating from your throat. Breathe in and out five times.

Do the same with your chest, solar plexus (navel), pelvic area, and feet with all six areas glowing.

Breathe in deeply, exhale and imagine energy flowing down outside one side of your body, head to feet.

Inhale, with energy flowing up the other side to your head. Circulate three times, then slowly exhale, with energy moving down the front.

Inhale as energy goes back up your body three times. Let energy flow to your feet and head three times, then down outside your body to your feet, three times.

Creative Visualization

Creative Visualization Techniques:

Sit with your back straight, close your eyes, breathe deeply slowly, count to 10, feel deeply relaxed .

Imagine long cord attached to the base of the spine, down through the floor into the earth, like the root of a tree. The energy of the earth flows up through the soles of your feet, to all parts of the body, out through the top of your head. 

Imagine the energy of the cosmos, flowing in the opposite direction, head to feet into the earth.
