Positive Affirmations

Use positive affirmations and imagine that something is already so.

Beware negative internal dialogue, as it influences feelings and perceptions.

Remember that thoughts attract similar things, whether positive or negative.

Create your ideal life and situation with meditation.

It can be difficult to quiet your inner ‘mind talk’.

Replace old negative programming with positive affirmations.

Constantly use positive statements.  e.g

“Every day in every way I’m getting better and better.”

“Everything I need is coming to me easily and effortlessly.”

“I have everything I need to enjoy my here and now.”

Make sure to make affirmations in the present tense, as if accomplished.

Try and inspire strong emotional feeling.

Have great belief and faith.

Make affirmations part of your creative visualization meditation.

Include reference to your spiritual source, such as God.

“I have the infinite creative power of God within me.”

“The Christ within me is creating miracles in my life here and now.”

Creative Visualization

Creative visualization only works for the good of all concerned.

The law of Karma has a boomerang effect, i.e what you give comes back.

Give love, gratitude and compassion.

This leads to success.

Use the positive affirmation:

“This, or something better, now manifests for me in totally satisfying and harmonious ways, for the highest good of all concerned.”

Focus on Your Goals

Set your goals.

Create a picture of your dreams and goals accomplished using great feelings.

Use the power of affirmations in the present tense.

Focus on your dreams and goals often.

When meditating don’t try too hard.

Have fun and use positive statements, as if your dreams and goals already exist.

Suspend your doubts.

Constantly update your goals.

When you experience success, give yourself a pat on the back, as well as thanking the universe.

Visualization

Close your eyes, relax all muscles and visualize your dreams and goals having been accomplished.

Have fun and express your emotions. Use positive affirmations and end your creative visualization with the words “This, or something better, now manifests for me in totally satisfying and harmonious ways for the highest good of all concerned.”

Magical Thoughts and Feelings

Thoughts and feelings have magnetic energy.

e.g Having the thought of running into an old friend you’ve been thinking of seems to happen by miracle.

This can also help you when you are looking for and thinking about a perfect solution to a challenge or problem.

Creation precedes manifestation.

Artists use this seemingly miraculous process.

The idea is the blueprint that attracts the energy.

Unfortunately this process can work against you, e.g if you dwell on an illness, it is likely to attract illness.

So be careful, and the message is ‘think positive’.

“As you sow, so shall you reap.”

Whatever we think about, believe in, expect, imagine, like most, attracts like.

Creative visualization dissolves negativity and limiting thoughts.

It helps us to find happiness, fulfillment, love, dreams and goals.

Creative Visualization

I am currently enjoying reading a great book in the shape of ‘Creative Visualization’ by Shakti Gawain.

I will try and share some of the more fascinating and beneficial information between its covers with you.

“Imagination rules the world” Winston Churchill

Feeling and emotion through creative visualization is very powerful.

Our antiquated education system ignores the benefits of imagination and positive thinking, once a child reaches a certain age.

Miracles can be attained through creative visualization.

Count Your Blessings!

Remember the Magic

Recall the blessings of yesterday.

Ask what are the good things that happened yesterday?

List yesterday’s blessings and give heartfelt thanks.

Say why you’re grateful.

As you open your eyes to see the blessings in your life, you open your heart to the magic of life.

Remember the magic, as it was created for you.

You are the builder of your life, and gratitude is your magical tool.

To build the most incredible life, maintain gratitude and increase your depth of feeling.

Practice gratitude every day.

Make gratitude a part of your personality.

Take gratitude with you, wherever you go.

Bring forth the magic with gratitude.

Be Grateful to be the Person in the Mirror!

The Magic Mirror

Don’t chase one problem after another, trying to fix them and complaining.

Change yourself making the magic of gratitude your way of life.

You deserve gratitude for changing your attitude and approach.

Be grateful to be the person in the mirror.

Great self-esteem is the key.

Negative feelings can be very powerful and must be eliminated.

Be grateful to be you.

You have to be rich with good feelings about yourself, in order to bring the riches of life to you.

Look in the mirror and say thank you for everything you are , for being you just as you are, with all your heart.

Say thank you for three things about yourself you’re grateful for.

Always be kind to yourself.

Never criticize or blame yourself.

Remember, no one’s perfect!

You will be happy and a magnet to happy people, happy situations, and magical circumstances.

See magic in yourself and your whole world will change.

Blessing in Disguise!

Magically Transform Mistakes into Blessings

Every mistake is a blessing in disguise.

If we didn’t make mistakes we’d never learn anything.

Don’t blame others for your mistakes. You need to own your mistakes and accept responsibility.

You learn from mistakes through gratitude.

There are always things for you to be grateful for in a mistake.

When you look for these, you magically transform mistakes into blessings.

Think of a mistake you’ve made in your life, that still hurts, and think what did I learn?

What good things came out of this mistake?
