Food Glorious Food and Magical Water

Thank God for the gift of nature which ensures that you have enough food and water.

Thank  you God for glorious water, probably the most precious commodity of all.

Thank you God for all those hard working people responsible for growing, production and the distribution of food and drink.

Savour your food and drink, and be grateful as this enhances the flavour.

Sprinkle your food and drink with magic dust and say thank you before you eat or drink anything.

Health is the Greatest Wealth!

Great health undoubtedly is your greatest possible wealth.

“The greatest wealth is health.”

Virgil (70 BC – 19 BC) Roman Poet

The tendency is for people only to think of their health when they are ill, taking good health very much for granted when they are feeling great.

The least you can do each day is to give thanks for your health.

By thanking God for your continued good health, you increase your chance of enjoying great health now and in the future.

When I get up in the morning the first thing I do is to thank God for great mental and physical health, as well as the wonderful gift of  having been given another day on this amazing planet of ours.

Several times each day, give thanks for the remarkable gift of health, and say the reason why you are grateful for your senses and different parts of your body.

Remember to take positive steps towards increasing your chance of enjoying great health, such as a healthy diet, plenty of vigorous exercise and reading positive thinking books, as well as avoiding negative people and hegative input, such as news programmes and soap operas.

Remember never to take your good health for granted again.

Believe in Miracles!

Believe in Miracles!

At this time of year with Christmas just around the corner, we believe in miracles, as the birth of Jesus is considered to be a wonderful miracle by Christians all over the world.

As children we had no problem believing in miracles and magic, and Father Christmas serves as a perfect example.

Your imagination knew no limits!

We believed in magic, that life was magical, and that every day promised excitement and adventure.

But then we grew up and became serious and often negative and depressing adults.

As adults we became disillusioned and gave up on our dreams and goals.

However, we all as adults need to rediscover our belief in magic, because most certainly magic is still true!

Indeed life can be far more magical and amazing than you thought it was as a child, providing you change your attitude and approach, by being grateful and positive, while eliminating all negativity from your life.

Suddenly you will see things you’ve dreamed of suddenly becoming a reality.

This life changing knowledge is hidden within the sacred text of the bible.

“Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.”

Roald Dahl (1916-1990)

Don’t blame and find fault with others.

Focus on one challenging relationship in your life.

List ten things to be grateful for about this person.

Recall the good times you’ve had with this person, and three times when you felt on top of the world.

Focus on the things you want to improve in your relationship, and give thanks for the ideal state, as if already accomplished, with great faith and belief.

Our Six Basic Needs as Human Beings

When we think of what makes us happy, it is helpful to realise that every human being has six basic needs:

  1. The need for love.
  2. The need for security.
  3. The need for creative expression.
  4. The need for recognition.
  5. The need for self-esteem.
  6. The need for more life, and looking forward to tomorrow and the future with gladness and anticipation.

With regards to love, you need to give love before you can receive love, by being grateful and kind to people. With regards to security, you increase your chances of financial reward by focusing on a job or business in a field that you are passionate about. Looking after and being sensible with your money helps to create security.

Focusing on your hobbies, interests and passions allows for creative expression. We all know that success brings recognition, but helping others, and being involved with a charity and good cause also brings recognition and a feel good factor.

Self-esteem is of paramount importance, and it involves conducting yourself in a certain manner, and doing things which make you feel great about yourself. It goes without saying that eliminating all negative influences in your life is a must! The need for more life and looking forward to tomorrow can be best served by having worthwhile dreams and goals, and placing yourself in a goal situation, where more life is needed.

You need to have something important to do, and somewhere exciting to go.
